Graph Synergie formalizes its acquisition of Studio Visionic today in order to increase its presence in Quebec. The complementary expertise and shared vision of the two companies allow for a strategic marriage of specialized talent that will accelerate development. After 20 years of operation, this transaction marks a first step in Graph Synergie’s growth through expansion.
The company, founded by architect and entrepreneur, Francis Lessard, stands out for its strategic, creative and technical services, offering a perfect blend of expertise in marketing, brand image, architecture, technology, communications and the region. “For the past 20 years, we have developed specialized know-how, deployed to assist property managers in promoting the brand image of their various projects,” says Francis Lessard.
The company is a 360-degree marketing destination specializing in real estate that offers strategic guidance in commercial, residential and municipal markets. In recent years, services have been expanded to meet the needs of its clients. Recognized for its knowledge in technology solutions and 3D, Graph Synergie is today the reference for marketing real estate or infrastructure projects. Francis Lessard’s team has developed unique expertise over the years that allows it to provide high-end integrated marketing solutions. “This acquisition consolidates our presence in the Montreal market and represents a first step in expanding across Canada,” says Francis Lessard, Founding President of Graph Synergie.
Studio Visionic, founded in Montreal in 2005, specializes in the same field. Graph Synergie is adding Studio Visionic’s expertise and creativity to its own to augment its multidisciplinary workforce, made up of designers and developers, 3D artists, marketing strategists, programmers and video editors. At the end of this transaction, Graph Synergie will have a permanent place of business in the city. The team of François Baron (Studio Visionic) will join that of Francis Lessard to operate under one name, Graph Synergie. François Baron will become a member of Graph Synergie’s Strategic Leadership Team.
“Having been a leader in the Montreal real estate market, we wanted to find a partner able to support our desire for growth across Canada. When we evaluated our options, it became apparent that Graph Synergie has what it takes to fulfill our vision,” explains François Baron, President of Studio Visionic.
