Graph Synergie, a leader in the real estate marketing market with nearly 25 years of experience, is looking for an Account Manager to actively contribute to its growth efforts, particularly by developing its positioning across Canada.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
- Perfect Bilingualism
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of technological solutions
- Excellent ability to use a forecasting tool (CRM) and office systems on a daily basis
- Fluid and strong communication in French and English (written, oral and pitch presentation)
- Enthusiasm, collaboration, and team spirit
- Autonomy and agility to navigate in a fast-growing SME environment
- Excellent management of priorities and stress
- Organized and able to skillfully manage many projects and opportunities at once
Working environnement
Required skills
- You will drive sales growth by identifying and establishing new customer relationships across Canada;
- You will develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly quotas and annual targets;
- You will engage the expert teams in identifying needs, understanding the business context and defining the approach to deliver an integrated service offering;
- You will understand our clients’ strategic issues and budgeting processes as well as the ability to identify and contact key stakeholders;
- You will understand our clients’ procurement and budgeting processes;
- You will successfully execute the sales cycle and client management steps (prospecting, qualification, closing…);
- You will develop service offerings in collaboration with the internal support team;
- You will support the development of ongoing projects with the assigned project manager;
- You will effectively use the CRM (ZOHO) in each step of the sales cycle to ensure a rigorous follow-up of ongoing opportunities;
- You will demonstrate a constant interest and keep yourself informed of trends, expertise, competitors’ offers, changes and other activities in the industry (products, services, etc.);
- You will propose and take initiatives to solve problems, you will invest in continuous improvement activities.
Working conditions
- Salary to be discussed based on profile and experience.
- Permanent position, full time, 37.5 hours / week.
- 3 weeks vacation guaranteed.
