Immostar developed its first residential rental project on the extensive grounds of the old Saint-Nicolas drive-in. As they wanted their project recognized on the South Shore of Québec as well as the North Shore, they called in Graph Synergie to help them develop their branding. To honour the site’s history, Loges St. Nicholas embodies a distinctive image. Graph Synergie continues to adapt marketing tools for each new phase of the project.
