Chartwell Retirement Residences Group trusted Graph Synergie to deliver our interactive tool Graph-iTOUCH to facilitate contact with clients and engage them in the delivery process. This platform, our first in 2.0, is now more oriented towards sales support for representatives with more options and flexibility. With images, walkthroughs, guided tours, vidéos and 3D perspectives, users are given the opportunity to share/retrieve complete documentation of their virtual-visit and all information obtained during the guided tour is secured in a database. This tool also assists in managing all 172 suites in their real-time availability, ensuring a well-managed leasing system.
